Honestly kinda impressed by how Ludwig could have Jan tell him what play to make in real time and just sell it convincingly as his own thought process on stream for over an hour and a half. It takes some real skill to hold up that level of facade for that long in front of such a huge live audience without letting it slip once during the final bosses of a difficult game you've been playing for a month,, what a gamer

This might be your best video I've seen. The whole structure of doing a preplanning section, where you try to make a working team with the pieces you have, seeing Ludwig's reaction to the plan after you've explained it a bunch so we're on your side hoping that he understands it well, and ending with you whispering in his ear while he tries to bullshit his chat that he came up with it all is a super good almost 3 act movie.

I'm honestly just more upset that he was healing mid-battle while also needing outside comms to beat a Nuzlocke. That's like the third biggest rule about Nuzlockes is only healing outside of battle

@Dboi I don't know what rules Ludwig played by but there are only 2 "absolute" rules in Nuzlockes: play with a limited amount of pokemon (usually catch only 1 pokemon per route) and perma-death. He can heal mid battle if he wants, he's not doing a hardcore challenge.

I really liked the preplanning section. It's always nice to see the thought processes that go into team building.

@Dboi Nah, that's a self-imposed rule most Nuzlockers add themselves, besides at the end of the day as long as they're having fun they're playing "properly".

@Dboi no items in battle is a hardcore rule (and, from what I understand, this is a difficultly hack) so if he wants to be able to use items then he can use items

Ngl I watched this video before watching Ludwig’s ludlocke finale and it might be that Ludwig is a pretty good actor but for just a moment I was like… huh what if they lied just to have two banger videos. Cause tbh I’m probably not watching the finale of the ludlocke even if a bunch of crazy stuff happened but I’d definitely watch it when cheating is involved. I do think this is all pretty legitimate cheating (what a sentence lol) but the idea of boosting popularity of a run by lying about cheating does make sense, i can only watch someone rage out over a crit so many times.

I **LOVE** this team building content, rather than just "yea I can use this Mon to beat this" and that be it in the video, seeing the process is so cool and gives a better insight to how you think about the game
