This movie had me feel a bit like the Lego Movie, which is also a movie that kinda is or does the very thing it criticizes.

Watching through this made me realize, you should totally do an honest trailer for Horrible Histories! Trust me, it deserves the attention.

Loved the set design and outfits in this movie! I wish we had more blockbusters that didn't rely so heavily on CGI (for both sets and outfits).

I still think my favorite fact about this movie is that the set used so much pink paint that _it caused a world wide shortage!_ that is how much pink they used. 😆

I agree, the set design and outfits were adorable. I think this movie reaches adult women who played with Barbie Dolls. I want a Barbie doll and lots of dresses.

I actually didn't think I would like Barbie all that much. But when I saw it a couple weeks ago with some friends, I actually did. I was surprised by just how funny it was and yeah I really enjoyed it

same here, I had no plans of seeing it and didn't like the trailers. But a friend dragged me to it and we had an absolute blast.

There was no other alternate title more perfect for this movie than "Guys & Dolls." 👏💖

Forced my dad to go see it with me. Best part was after the movie and I was explaining to him that yes, those were all real dolls at some point. He was absolutely horrified about midge, and even more horrified I remembered it lol. He enjoyed the movie, but the dolls traumatized him😂

While definitely true, Scott was a cheating asshole, and the changed ending that was made official where he gets with Ramona anyway does somewhat undermine his growth. Oh well.

It was an awesome movie, but it seems a lot of people missed the point that Scott was a terrible person and it was about him learning not to be terrible. His relationship with Knives was a horribly unhealthy coping mechanism, and the original movie ending where they ended up together would have undermined the message far more. The comic make sit a bit clearer that he and Ramona are both pretty crappy people but actually fit together a lot better.

The first time I saw the Barbie movie, someone in my theater said "ME!" really loud when Depression Barbie came on😅😅

Helga wasn’t the pink villain in the Hey Arnold movie. She was secretly helping him out finding the official document that made the neighborhood a City landmark from the Tomato Incident. And she wasn’t the villain in the show either. She was just a tsundere bordering on yandere for Arnold’s love.

Helga’s more in the range of anti-villain or anti-hero. She did some pretty crappy things and she was also shown to be genuinely hurt by her terrible home life.

Funniest part was that Arnold always liked her but she wasn’t ready to accept it. So dramatic and extra pretending her sorrows were about unrequited love.

Today I overheard two of my Grade 2 students going "I'm KEN!" "And I'm Ken too!" to the tune of I'm Just Ken and I nearly burst a lung trying not to laugh.

Sleepy eyed murder face... I laughed way too hard at that.

When I first saw the Barbie movie, I was shocked by how many different people were there. Across the ages (oldest I saw was a group of 10 66 year olds) and gender spectrum, had the theatre packed. And everyone was enjoying it and laughing. It was so weird to see that many people sharing such a fun and happy communal experience. Viva la Barbie
