    * This recipe is metric
    1/2 cantaloupe, chopped
    1 1/2 cups red grapes
    700ml Coconut water
    2 large handfuls baby spinach
    1 small avocado (or you could use a banana)
    ice cubes (optional)

that was 150 g of green leaves but 400 g of sweet fruit. Avocado saves it a Lil bit. but Ain t this waaaaay too sugary?

Will this stay fresh in the fridge for a couple of days? I'm just wondering if it's approx 3 servings then I could have it over a few days but only if it stays fresh. Otherwise it would be a bit of a waste.

aparna jain Thanks. I made this earlier today. Added some chia seeds, boabab and spirulina powder for added goodness. I realised it will oxidise so I squeezed some lemon juice in it to help it stay fresh. It was delicious.

interesting points ,if anyone else needs to find out about real booster to enhance the energy try Xenotolie Flexors Blaster (do a google search ) ? Ive heard some interesting things about it and my brother in law got great results with it.

Love your videos. Please keep posting. On this one, please note that Calcium is a well known inhibitor of iron absorption. In medicine, we try to tell patients to separate iron from high calcium foods. Just an FYI,

there's a lot of sugar in it. The grapes and melon are sweet...then add the avocado. It also depends on how much your going to drink. That glass was small so it's not that bad.

Looks absolutely delicious. I don't know if this might be of use but I just chop avocados in half, remove the pit, then scoop the flesh out with a dessertspoon straight into my blender. If I want slices or cubes, I slice (vertically only) or cube (vertically and horizontally) the flesh of half an avocado with a knife while it is still in its skin, then scoop the flesh out from under the slice lines with a spoon. It falls into the desired shape.
