Remember when game cartridges were a thing?

The amount of stolen ds/gameboy games when i was small was absurdly high. I remember borrowing a lot of games tht noone knew whose it was

I remember my cousins cane to visit from Kingston(I live in Manchester) when u was like 6 or 7. Around tht time i had a gameboy advance and because im an only child i played it constantly. When they arrived i put it down on the dresser of my room and left to go play with them. A little while after tht, they had to leave so we said goodbye and they lefy on their way. I went back into my room to look for my gameboy and when i checked my dresser it had disappeared. I panicked searching everywhere for it but couldnt find it but i refused to believe my cousins stole it. To this day i havent seen it again and i had just gotten a new game too.
