I used to work with exotic animals and we would get wild animal that needed rehab it’d be rare to see goslings and baby ducks come in but when they came in they’re were so fun to be with! It was hard not to cuddle and play with them because we had a policy we can’t have wild animals imprint on people when they’re gonna be able to go back into the wild and we don’t want them comfortable with people

It's so amazing to see how despite being wild, a wild animal can bond so much with a human. These animals are not some dumb, instinct driven robots. They're truly a conscious beings just like us. Of course they may lack the ability to reason and speak as we do, but they're not dumb either. And these videos truly give me hope in humanity.

This whole video made me wanna cry. This guy worked so hard to make sure that she learned how to fly, ran alongside her and flapped his arms to try and teach her. It’s so sad that she had that ability stripped away from her so swiftly. All that time and effort put towards something you care about and raised with love being injured so greatly that she’ll never get to experience life to the fullest bird extent 😭😭 I’m so glad that he’s giving her a good life, he’s been such a great dad to her and I’m sure she is eternally grateful 💕.

It’s awful, but the truth is that nature is much harsher than our society. If the baby doesn’t have a good chance at surviving, the mother leaves it to save resources for herself and other babies. That said, just because I know why animals do it doesn’t mean I would let it happen without doing anything! I have a history of driving my partner crazy bringing random animals in need home lol

I have two hermit crabs, Tommy & Erick. Tommy is a scardy cat & you can pick him up and hold him, he'll just hide in his shell. Erik however will try to pinch you, so to hold him, you gotta do it from the back of the shell, but he'll still try, so be careful.

I can say that this is heartwarming. A few months ago when I was on the road I found 4 goslings , probably fallen down a cliff where the nest might was , and the mother was nowhere to be seen. I waited and none goose came to take em. So I took them , gave them a warm place to stay, and now look at them starting to fly. I think we have two males and two females. They're so strong now, maybe like their mother.
