Interesting, where I come from this game is called werewolf with (almost) exactly the same rules. In the version I know: the "mafias" are called "werewolves". the "wizard" is called the "fortune teller" and can see the role of the person chosen not just if they are a werewolf or not. "the doctor" is called the "witch", she is told who has been killed and has to choose if she cures them, kills someone else or does nothing. She can only cure and kill someone once a game. The "vengeful martian" is called the hunter and "Martians" are called "villagers". Also when someone is killed the narrator reveals their role to the group. There are some auxiliary roles but other than that the concept and gameplay are exactly the same.

A lot of the guys thought Sultan was a Wizard, but if they paid attention to Sultan's use of words, They'd realize that James was lying like hell. They thought James was a Vengeful, but when Sultan was confident in his decision, the others should've picked up on Jame's fib.
