Even as a young person that didnt grow up with most of the songs, this music hits different. The vibe comes through way more powerfully than the music that came after the 2010s. The music had more character. Its not like we dont have innovators and great music, this music just touches deeper buttons imo

This is real hip hop and and had a huge impact on this culture!! All these artists should be appreciated and recognized! The music I grew up to is much different than most of the newer rap that is out nowadays!! To me it's lost a lot of resemblance of what it use to be but this performance was great and just made me feel good!! It brought back such nostalgia!! True hip-hop is about meaningful and intelligent bars!! The ability to tell a story in their music that people can relate too!!! A lot of the stuff out now is so repetitive and meaningless!! I was a huge Three 6 Mafia fan so it was great to see them come out and perform as well as Wu-Tang and the rest of them!! These newer artists should take note and try to bring back "real hip-hop" because it is much missed!!
