It means more like "(he/she/it) blows" in standard Ukrainian, though your version is also correct considering it is a dialect speaking (though my surrounding use it to describe uncomfortable wind inside coming from outside through the gaps).

True like the only critisism I have for the song is that it's kinda repetitive and even then I'm not really mad because like you said they changed it up really well. I just really like that guy's voice and you can really tell he has experience in that genre

@so nja Totally understandable they do have some less repetitive songs but I think the song works with what they're going for. Chris's voice is truly a high point in their music especially as you can hear it grow stronger through the albums. I have been a fan of Lord Of The Lost for a few months already when my brother showed me A Splintered Mind. I love how every album had a different feel and I am glad they went to Eurovision with Blood And Glitter I can't imagine them going there with a Judas song honestly. While Judas is my favorite album of theirs Blood And Glitter fits Eurovision more with it's glam rock influences.
