Ordered octuple bypass burger this summer. In reality it looks overwhelming - way more than on the movie. I was with my 2 buddies. It is a perfect meal for 3 buffed dudes if you are little bit hungry. Saying that I have no idea how you are storing all that calories in your body. Huge respect for your digestion system.

He is like a prehistoric hunter. Take down a mammoth, eat everything you can, days without food after that.

As everyone is already noting, that server is fantastic. Total knowledge of the menu, perfect level of engagement, funny, helpful. I've seen articles about this place but this was my first time seeing it on video. Very cool. Good experience!

This place is heaven ! This is the only restaurant left anywhere that serves what I grew up loving to eat and only thing I will eat and I still do! No frills,No rabbit food no foreign everything is hot or spicy, just good old fashioned American food. Love the place love to the vid and great job as always I was a little disappointed that they put a tomato on it but hey nothing's perfect..lmao

@LordPryde Nothing wrong with a large serving of fatty meat and cheese. Especially if the cheese is zero lactose. The only thing I'd stipulate is nothing cooked in processed seed oils, high in inflammatory Omega 6s. Plus no sauces full of sugar and I'd want a low carb bun. I'd probably eat two, then not eat again until the following day, which would limit my number of insulin spikes. Lost 20 kilograms eating like that. Plus removed all of the inflammation causing my respiratory problems. Never felt better.

Professional eaters stretch thier stomachs out by drinking lots of water and eating high volume foods such as green leafy vegetables. I assume you must have to train yourself to not throw up also.

I’ve went there on my 21st birthday with my dad. It was really good and a fun experience. The hardest part for me was how thick the buns were however, had a good time.

It was great to actually see inside this restaurant for once, and see the experience. It's something that usually makes the rounds on the Internet ever few years so I've heard about it before but never actually seen inside. Fun story, there has apparently been actual heart attacks inside this restaurant. People have been taken out in an ambulance. Their heart attack is actually celebrated, rather then a negative that would shut most restaurants down. Only in Vegas I guess.

Yeah 2 unofficial mascots, so just dudes who’d go there ALOT, did die from heart attacks, it’s my opinion but not a fact, that this place was partly responsible for their passing. Very sad, it looks fun for an occasional kick, but there are people who go because it gives them emotional satisfaction that they don’t get in their day to day, attention from beautiful women, people celebrating how much they eat and their size instead of judgement, so they keep going back, and because of how unhealthy the food is their health declines further, and it’s a cycle, very sad

what a service, for real i would never had expecting that just from the outdoor view, i was getting a kind of karen restaurant vibes. But i was really surprised over the waitress and that service she delivered. i had never in my life met a waitress who was so full of energi and actually just toke good care of her customers. I did the Octuple Bypass challenge when I was 16/17 when my family was in Vegas for New Year's. I had nothing on it besides cheese and didn't get to eat any of the fries because I knew I wouldn't be able to finish the burger. I was able to finish it and got wheeled out in the chair, my stomach was stuffed. Don't think I could do it again, I just don't eat like I used to.

A good waitress can really make your visit memorable/good. It was the end of the meal with my parents at a restaurant and the waitress was asking if I was done, so I kind of leaned back and and with both hands patted my belly to indicate how full I was, and while I did that she kind of taunted me with the plate to eat more and we both laughed. I still remember the interaction to this day. The waitress in this video is very charismatic so it reminded me of that day.

I went here years ago and they had swarves in mini ambulances to deliver the food. It was a crazy expereience and only had a double burger if I remember - anyway certainly nothing like you had but, still good tasty food and as said the whole experience was great fun. It still amazing me how cheap it is there compared to the UK.
