Easy Tasty: Vegetable bulgur
If you are trying to eat healthy and you are interested in healthy food, you have probably heard about bulgur. We have decided to introduce you one simple recipe using this super-food.
3dl tomato sauce
1 chopped onion
1. At first, roast chopped onion, pepper, aubergine and courgette on the oil. Stew it for while, until the vegetable mixture goes soft.
2. Add tomato sauce in the mixture and stir it properly. Stew it for two minutes.
3. When the mixture is done, add prepared bulgur. Stir on everything and cook for another two minutes.
4. Serve cooked bulgur with rucola leaves.
