Not really man, I used to drive i90 a lot(like 300+ miles a day) between Idaho and western Washington. A lot of people go slow. That's why there's fast lanes. By the time that person would even affect you, there would already be lightly congested traffic, which would mean you aren't really getting anywhere that much faster regardless of whether you not you pass him. The highest road casualties out there are usually reckless drivers and speeders. Just stay in the right lane and you'll be chill, likely to be some big trucks going about your speed, you'll fit right in.
