Thanks for the tips. Great to see the old Birkenhead bridge from a different angle. Used the same technique when I flew threw a two rail fence. Then tried the same routine flying a tank. One worked, one failed

Yes. Can be "Hit and miss" sometimes. LOL

Could always start at bridge level and fly backwards, once through the bridge apply height & then reverse it in post to give the same effect 😃

Yes. Always depends on how much footage you want to get. Sometimes people or cars are seen going backwards, but I like to fly through them, not up to them👍

Hey Scott. I used a CPL filter and a bit of colour tweaking. Still Love my Mini 2 and now my Mini 3. More Mini 2 clips coming

I was staying at Second Valley kayaking in the same area in October 2018. I thought there might be a slim chance of being in this video until a saw that this was filmed with a Mini 2. Wrong timeline. I have been using my Mini 2 in the Flinders Ranges. Best hobby ever.

The best place that I have seen is Chambers Gorge. I have been there 3 times with a drone. I rode my mountain bike 3 km into the gorge to get more views. The whole thing is amazing.

It's funny you should mention the Finders Ranges. Looking to go there next trip and will be looking at places to fly and do it within the rules

How do the cross hairs and grid help specifically? I'm assuming the cross hairs are to keep things centered but is the goal with the grid to keep the top back part of the bridge above the center box the whole time?

So if it lost gps and hovers under the bridge and above deep water. How do you get your drone back?

Only happened to me once. I just moved closer to the bridge until I got signal back and then continued on

So when the gridlines are on is the cross hair the height of the drone, it looks as if your always gonna hit the bridge as the camera shows a lot above it and below it

The cross hair is the centre and you want to keep that in the middle of the gap you are flying through. The gridlines are more to "frame" the footage that is being captured

Not yet. I flew stupidly low under a bridge with the Mini 3 and it coped well. A bit silly for it's first day out
