I don't think they infuse powers in him they like torture you and bring you to the brink of death repeatedly to bring out a power you have hidden inside you if I'm not mistaken

They inject him with a healing factor made from wolverines cells. This allows him to both mutate and have Wolverines healing ability. The rest of his powers are his own mutation, I think.

Once Upon a Deadpool is basically just a PG-13 version of Deadpool 2. Basically, you already saw the sequel, so you are remembering stuff that happens in a future movie, hence your confusion.

That guy, Bob, frequently shows up in the comics. He used to be a member of the terrorist group Hydra but later on is helped by Wade to quit said terrorist group. He's kinda Deadpool's sidekick/handler. Seeing him in the movie was hella amusing.

The name "Deadpool" came when he was in prison and they had a "deadpool" of whom was going to die first...at least in the comics. And the reason he's always cracking jokes is because "tears hurt more." T_T

Also the Deadpool song that plays through his "Where's Francis???" bit was actually made for the Deadpool game by a group called TeamHeadkick here on YouTube. I was so glad to hear they where gonna be in the soundtrack when they announced it.
