I did this wrestling only it wasn't this easy. I'd put my hands above me and exhale as i stepped on the scale and rest my finger on the wall and barely touch it pulling up barely any weight. Took lots of practice without coaches watching to not drop it to the bottom. Really hard to do malnourished.

I have a theory, scales tend to add the own weight of the scale so for example if the scale weighs 1.2 pounds it will add that when you step on. But after stepping off it zeros itself back out and boom, 1.2 pounds lighter.
