That’s absolutely not true, over half the melees have 30 base concealment, the absolute max you can acquire without the use of skills. Although the spoon is fun in stealth, it’s not the second best melee for concealment, not by a long shot.

The maximum is normally 30 concealment, with skills it can go up to 31 for melees and the comically large spoon has 29 concealment. A giant hulking spoon literally has one concealment below the default maximum, need I explain why this is a broken stealth choice?
