Christopher Robin has grown up, but Winnie the Pooh returns to teach him the most important of lessons.... how to get through adulthood. Here's my review of CHRISTOPHER ROBIN!

The names of the two animals you forgot because you must be a grownup are as simple as this--this is Winnie the Pooh so of course they must be Kanga and Roo! Are you old Pooh (50 years+) or the newer Pooh (20 years or less)? Source material is absolutely vital to this movie, and thankfully Disney went back to the source.

This live action Disney movie is the best because it actually expands on the universe and gives us a new story which pretty much every other live action movie doesn’t overall I loved it and would say it’s one of the best family films out there

Don't feel bad, Jeremy. Even most people who do have a nostalgic attachment to Winnie-The-Pooh don't entirely understand it correctly. With the exception of me, of course!

I can't remember which movie does it, but there's an old winnie the pooh movie that shows the room of christopher robin, and it shows all of the toys, they are all ugly and old and not very colorful. They are toys from around 1945 or whenever this is based, so the toys weren't very vibrant. Then the movie shows a book and opens it up revealing the animation for the actual movie.

I was on the verge of tears for the duration of this film. As an only child, I spent my earlier years wandering around the house playing with Winnie the Pooh and his friends, and although they were imaginary, they were so very much a part of me. The shows, movies, and toys will always make me smile!

It was pretty darn good right up until the third act and the ending.. The action-packed climax at the end felt off and the whole film, right until the ending, started feeling like a product.. I know the whole thing it's a product but it was making a pretty good job in the first two acts at keeping itself grounded and organic.. If it had ended with Christopher staying with his family in Sussex after getting caught and have her daughter go back to play with the animals it would've been a geniunely amazing little film..

Just watched this movie and it's honestly one of the sweetest things I've watched in the past few years. Very heart warming and cute and tugs at heart strings. It's not one of those super exciting movies or made for adventure like Hook but more of a "come back yo your roots and never forget your old friends" type of thing. Pooh is seriously one of the most adorable things ever

I'll be honest. When I first heard Pooh talk in the trailer it sounded creepy. And on that note if you think about the theory that they are all representing mental disorders that Chris has, it could have been really interesting seeing this man still go through this. Might ruin a few childhood memories though

Interesting fact that Christopher Robin was a real boy and the author wrote the story about that boy’s toy bears and his adventures with them. All the bears and pigs and kangaroos all exist, they were real toys that belonged to a little boy. Kinda strange.

Pooh pulls on one's heart with his helpless innocence. He's there to save Christopher Robin, who he needs to find his friends, largely because Christopher Robins had forgotten them (seemingly bringing fear and darkness to the woods his friends live in, which might be some obscure magical connection to Robin's state of mind which has not only gone through adulthood, but World War 2 and a job that sucks out any creative innocence he has). Better to have something than nothing!

This movie made me feel sad. It reminded me that life is fleeting, and that everything we once loved will perish as time passes. That's a scary thought, losing everyone you love. In many ways I see myself in Christopher Robin. Always worrying about the future, always making plans for a distant future that may never come. All the while forgetting the NOW, what is right in front of me. I thank this movie for reminding what it's like to be a kid once more. It really touched my heart.

I feel like the reason they made Tigger like that is because if they made him really orange with the black stripes like in the Winnie the Pooh cartoon, it would look too much like the tiger in the cheetos commercials.

The movie kinda had a weird tone shift, the beginning I cried the entire time and felt really well with the movie’s heavier themes, the second half... it was like Disney was like “oh shoot forgot this was a kids movie!
