Dumping vinegar in a jar and putting a lid on it is NOT THE WAY TO DO IT. People if you don’t want to die, you need to pressure can your meats. You need to sterilize your jars, lids and rings. You also need to make sure your jars rims are sterile before you put your lids on or YOU CAN DIE. Jeeezus. My gramma would beat you with a rolling pin if she was still alive. This is NOT THE WAY TO PICKLE ANYTHING. Look me up if you want a proper lesson. Please keep that stuff in the fridge, or eat all of it before it goes bad and you get botulism FFS.

I have had pickled eggs before. I have seen pickled pig's feet for sale. (But didn't get a chance to try them as we were driving through).My favorite pickled thing (besides a pickle) is cauliflower. I just break it into florets, throw it in the leftover jar of pickle juice in the fridge for half-a-day, then taste-test til you like it best. A few hours will give a lightly yellowed color & subtle crunchy flavor. Note: too long & it will turn rubbery. (Darker yellow) So if you make it in the morning it should be ready for that picnic dinner cookout. My mom likes pickled beets, but clearly she is wrong. The one he really missed was pickled button mushrooms & pearl onions. It was divine.

At 2:08 you seem to put raw meat in the jar. This is not a good idea. The eggs of the worms can survive the pH of 2 of the stomach. I would not eat that thing.

@Panama Jack Well, that is mostly true. Some bacteria have the ability to for an endospore and survive long periods of time in terrible conditions and to come back to life when the conditions are right. As for the worms. You need to look at the gestation period of each worms. So of them take 6 months to hatch. So it is a good idea to cook your meat before you preserve it.
