As someone who has played at the highest level of amateur sports, I’d say there is a big difference between sportsmanship and someone doing what’s expected from them in their place of work. I can see where this is certainly up for debate. I’d say they actually get paid to be nice, and also not to be nice….

They must pay some of their fighters nothing if he genuinely consider being another fighter (a top fighter who is well paid) bodyguard. They put their lives on the line, risk having health problems for the rest of their life (look at Bispen’s eye. He has to live with that every day, no one else), snd theh have to go through the pain after the fight (and during) if theh get beaten badly as UFC fights are brutal. The one that make the money off them never have to risk themselves ever!
