Steven, I want to say thank you. Last night we were watching this video with one of my closest friends and laughing together. I never imagined that would be the last time I would see him laugh because a couple of hours later he passed away. I’m glad bc at least I was able to say goodbye to him with a laugh so once again thank you for the opportunity.

As someone who works in a chiropractic office, I can confirm that stretching out upside down like that (so long as you don't fall on your head of course or stay there for more than ~15 minutes) is very helpful for making sure your spinal discs decompress and stretch out again. Great for longterm spinal care. Also, the table that Steven was thinking of (at least, the 'medical' version) is called an Inversion Table.
