This is the music from my teenage years through my early twenties. So many memories good and bad, but the best times in my life and the early 90's. I am just so grateful that I was present during that era and got to experience a way of life (a simple life) that will never be experienced by anyone again.

Depends when you were born. People usually say whatever time period was their teen years. I'd argue that good music is timeless and if it fits the mood I'll play it. I would concede that its getting harder to find something I'd want to go back and listen too in ten years, from the current music.

I agree with you, aside from the 60's, 1970 to 1988 was ok music. These where times when people conformed to the music meat wagon. The 90's was a revolution like the 60's was to the 20's-50's.

Now, me and my wife are still listening. One of our sons departed in death.And the other, is with his family.How I wish we will be together again, still listening to this kind of music. Maybe you can help me, I have the intro to a 90s song stuck in my head and have no idea who sings it or most of the damn lyrics. I know it was in a couple 90s movies too. It's a male singer, and the lyrics I DO remember are just the singer repeating "ah eh woo, ah eh hoo, ah eh woo" over and over. *Sounds like: eye aye who* any ideas? Could have been the verve? We're probably from different countries, age but I agree with you. I was still in grade school (1998) when I kept hearing these songs on the radio every late afternoon after coming back home from school. I used to hate them because I want to listen to many recent (cool) songs but my dad loved them so much so I couldn't do anything about them. Now my dad is no longer alive, 😭 and I've come to realize that my life back then although it's very simple, but I loveeee it so much. I don't hate my life now but I just missed my life before and most specially I miss my dad. 😔 I miss coming back home from school (grade school) and I miss my dad scolding me for watching animes first that cooking rice for dinner. I miss every afternoon my dad would buy local snacks like banana que, or bread and pair it with coca cola. My life was so simple back then.

I was born sept 10th 1980, on a Wednesday, i was 10 years old when i really started to listen to music, acdc back in black just took me and sucked my heart and soul and body and mind into music, the whole 90s from 90 to 99 was hands down best music ever. I found my wife 1998, i was 18 years old when i got married, everyone said, they will never make it, too young, it's now 2023 still with that sexy girl of mine, ant saying it was easy but like the 90s music we still kicking ass together. Raised right in a different time made me who i am, i work every day , she works everyday, we have 3 babies now 2 boys at age 12, one girl at age 8, yea we had them a little late, but we tried for years, lost 9 babies altogether, miscarried, 7 times so we adopted our first son,he was a family member, then 2 months later she was pregnant again number 8, she carried him. Then lost two more then had a little girl, had her and my wife had to get fixed because she almost died the last time, we should have had like 11 kids and one we took in, its been crazy, never thought she would have ever carried even one. So im not like most dads, i am so in love with my kids it kills me to leave there side to drive 30 mins away to go to work, but i know its up to me to care and love them, and we for sure rasing them right, as i was rasied. Im not really writing this for anyone but me, but maybe it will inspire someone to never give up on someone they really love or if someone is having trouble carring a baby, never give up, we caught the 2 babies we have early and my wife was put in a hormone therapy called promeatrum or something like that. That allowed her to carry, anyways back to the 90s misic, it really pulled me threw soem hard as times..
