Everything about the background music (which was clearly recorded by MCR) indicates new music is on the way. The way gerard’s vocals come in softly at the very end and then it ends with one overdriven guitar chord. The video is clearly an announcement for a show, but the background music is what’s teasing the new album. Also, I know people aren’t trying to get their hopes up, but a new album is clearly on its way. They’re trying to create anticipation so the actual announcement will be more impactful.
