This is actually 8 minutes workout. 12 exercise 30 seconds = 6 minutes 12 exercise 10 seconds = 120 seconds or 2 min 6minutes (exercises) + 2minutes (rest). Anyways I loved the video. And I am sure it will definitely help people to stay fit and lose body-weight .

I love how it goes from 6th grade gym class to rotating push ups.
This was a good exercise until someone added 4 ads in the middle. Now it's annoying as hell. Time to check out the alternatives I guess.

I could do everything but the side planks! I didn't think I would break out in a sweat in 9 minutes. Great workout when you're short on equipment.

My modified workout: ~ jumping jacks (30 s) ~10 s break ~ wall sit (30 s) ~10 s break ~ modified pushups (30 s) ~10 s break ~ sit-ups (30 s) ~10 s break ~ step-ups (30 s) ~10 s break ~squats (30 s) ~10 s break ~ plank (30 s) ~10 s break ~ run around (30 s) ~10 s break ~ lunges (30 s) ~10 s break ~ more modified push-ups (30 s) ~10 s break ~ 15 s side planks (2x) (this comes out to 7 mins 10 secs)
