This daily work out is helping me gain stamina and strength. I pause much longer at times because my heart rate become too fast--I'm too winded. I am quite out-of-shape, though not overweight. I take my time and do the exercises with good form. I notice that I now feel more positive mentally. After doing the routine, I spend time doing some yoga, which I also take my time with, paying close attention to my body. Am looking for a good beginner yoga video. Thank you so much for this video.

In the video it is shown, that first 15 seconds of the side plank is the right side plank, and the other, remaining 15 seconds of the side plank exercise is the left side plank 🙂

Point is that for 9 minutes you realy doing some good things, this is not easy but, 9 minutes in your room, then 30 minutes of sex and you'll loose 10kg for a month 😁
