I had constant knee pain during some exercises (esp squats) a few months ago and i researched and added a few knee/leg stretches to my warm up and it helped me a lot! ok, i have been working out for about two months (was very out of all physical exercises my entire life) but I have hit a plateau, not in terms of weight loss but some stuff is quite easy and I have been too scared to start the harder ones. I really want to do this one week challenge and I have been putting it off. Decided that I will do those comments in which one updates everyday. Hopefully, I will be able to complete it. wish me luck! I will do this in the morning and some stretching at night for flexibility. Day 1: took me about 50ish minutes to complete this instead of the 42. I had to take a lot of breaks and do modified versions too even with a slower speed but I did focus on form like she said. It is mostly because I am super bad at hiit XD I feel so so good now. It was so sweaty which is surprising for me because I don't sweat much. Yay! Day 2: done, modified some jumping because my knees can't take too much but did most of it. This was not as difficult for me. I wonder if I did something wrong oop. Day 3: done, today was good but I wish I could have done the final round better. Except that, I think I was able to keep up. Day 4: done, I skipped a day and did a walking workout instead so this was technically day 6 hehe. Day 5: done. Day 6: Day 7: Feel free to remind me in case I forget. oof let's go.

Hey Anna! Love your workouts been doing them for about 3 weeks straight now usually do around 6 of them a week and ive seen so many amazing changes in my mind, body and strength so thank you! im sure your really busy with these but do you think you could ever do maybe something like a 30 min cardio HIIT involving more like sports training kinds of drills like high knees run side to side, skater jumps, high knees hops, and different moving jump variations? Just a suggestion because I love those types of compound exercises!! Anyways Thank you so much for all the vids lately

@hoiy vinosa well it definitely is one of the harder HIITS on youtube!! But don’t let that discourage you i would really reccomend pamela rief i did her 10min HIITS when i first started out and that’s how they got me to be able to do these ones!! I don’t think many people who don’t do something like this regularly could just get up and do this and be okay the next day lol. Anyways maybe try some shorts 10-15min HIIT videos i can always send you some links and then when you are comfortable you can keep moving up! You got this girl
