Just a few tips when drilling your spoons make a mark with a sharpie where you want your holes. Take a nail and place it on the sharpie mark and hit it firmly with a hammer to make a divot for your drill bit. This will prevent your bit from sliding around. Next, when you are drilling, lubricate your bit by drilling it into a candle. It works well to keep a sharp edge on your bit and to keep it from getting hot. You can also clamp down your metal pieces so that they don't spin. You have some very cute crafts.

Use tape or clamps to hold the spoons down before drilling. Also, put a small piece of masking tape down where you are drilling the hole, this keeps the drill bit from slipping.

if you do it for a coat rack make sure that you have very very sturdy silverware because if you do it with the silverware that you got on those it won't hold it it'll straighten it out

You could use straws to fill in the voids on the garden edge pieces. Warm the straw with hair dryer and shape it. Paint it.

Just an FYI on the White Garden Bike: When someone is killed while riding a bike people place a "WHITE GHOST BIKE" at the spot where they passed. So seeing that bike there If I passed by I would think oh wow they may have had a child pass away🤔

Love your ideas! One thing you should know (maybe its a midwest thing) when a person is killed riding their bike, typically a bike is spray painted white and put in that area. Some people also put flowers in the basket, teddy bears etc. Its called a ghost bike. So just an FYI. Maybe spray paint it a different color. If your child does it again blow air from your mouth through their clear nose hole. It gets the object out and saves you a trip lol. The first time my kids father did it I was like “Oh look at that” lol 😂.
