    Starting with a 12min Ab Workout, continued by 10min of Upper Body & finishing with the 10min Muffin Top Session. No Squats and no booty kicks - so ask your boyfriend, husband, brother or father to join! It's 100% suitable for men :)
    You can also find those workouts separately on my Channel, if you prefer the "non talking" Version.
    This Live Session involves talking, tips to make the exercises extra effective and my brother Dennis as a motivator behind the camera. I'm also stuck at home, so we are going to be in our living room again :)
    No Equipment necessary and not much space needed! If you don't have a yoga mat, grab a soft towel!

Suggestion to the YT'er: it would make it easier to follow the vid if u show the exercise 1st than start the timer. I keep having to rewind the vid back a few secs bc I have to watch how you do the exercise 1st. But otherwise good vid!

Edit… Week 0 : Just getting in the groove of things 😪 Day 1: Anyone else use the first break to wash the sweat out of their eyes? 🥺🙈💪 #worthit #sweat Day 2: I can’t believe I just did this whole workout again. Mental trip! 🤯🥵👏🏻👏🏻 Day 3: I am actually getting better! This time I didn’t need to stop until the first break. Still sweating buckets. 😥😥🥰 Day 4: Actually managed to do a couple of good side plank bicycles... at first I thought it was nothing but witchcraft! #hardgraft #nopainNogain Day 5: I started this just last week. My form has improved so much!! Tip: if you can’t keep up, pause the video, regain strength for 10 secs and smash play! You’ve got it in you! #goGurl #fitwomen #theJourney Week 1: I’m planning on incorporating better diet for this week currently at 29% fat 🤫🤭 Day 1: The last third is a killer! 🥵 Definitely hoping I drop atleast 1% fat this week with the amount of work this is! #determined #needgains Day 2: Skipped 2 days and came back today. 🥵😵 Almost back to square one. Determined to workout everyday for the rest of this week. Day 3: Similar to week 0 day 4, because I skipped another couple of days workout. I was not feeling well and needed a MH break. #stayStrong #MentalheathMatters My diet was awful this week and I was not consistent with my workouts. I’ve put on 1/4 kilo but this is much better compared to the diet I had. I know I’ll do better next week. #bringItOn Week 2: Incorporate better diet. Aim is to workout 4 times this week and smash my fat burn goals Day 1: Really didn’t want to workout but I figured a crap workout is better than no workout. Managed to keep to a good diet today! #getIn #girlBoss Day 2: My form has improved! I am less like a clunky tractor now. My diet is better, influenced by this workout 🏋️‍♀️ 2 more to go this week! Day 3: Feel like I’m coming down with something so took it slow today. Has got my blood pumping and breathing more comfortably. Most of all, I focused on improving my form than burn today #selflove Day 4: Changed up my routine and did this first thing in the morning. Just as hard but less sweaty. 😥🤷‍♀️ Day 5: Trained an hour after breakfast. Much more energy, focus and sweat. 💪😵 Week 3: I want to be a healthy fat percentage + more muscle mass Day 1: Can’t type.
