    Oh yes, a completely NEW workout, suitable for beginners / Werbung ♥︎ Training legs & booty - no equipment needed!
    I explain all movements, making sure you can perform the exercises correctly. I also tested this workout with my mom, to get a better feeling for the "questions" beginners might ask themselves during the workout :)
    We will always do 40s of movement, 20s of rest... YES - we have rests :D
    PS: you can also join as an Intermediate & skip the rests.
    No Equipment necessary and not much space needed! If you don't have a yoga mat, grab a soft towel!

This is the best workout I've done following your program so far! Being a beginner I tend to give up really easily but, doing it at the same time as you, + having you talking and cheering, I did all this workout without wanting to give up AND I ENJOYED IT! Try squeezing your abs (as if someone was about to punch your tummy) right before you lift your hips. Your back should be straight, not curved upwards (use a mirror or record a video to help yourself) 😊

Hey, ich hab seit Jahren kein sport mehr gwmacht. Gestern zum ersten Mal 15 Minuten deinen sexy Tanz workout gemacht. Das hat mega Spaß gemacht dann hab ich grade dein 30 Minuten beginner friendly komplett durch gezogen.. Leider hab ich bei vielen Aufgaben paar Sekunden vorher aufgehört weil es einfach zu anstrengend war. Aber aus irgendeinem Grund macht das Spaß 😂😂😂😂 richtig cool. Danke das du sowas hoch lädst. Versuche jetzt jeden Tag 15-40 Minuten nur meinem Körper zu widmen 😘👍😋 ich lass auch jetzt ein Abo da 😂
