There are 3 strength training moves that are fantastic for developing strength and muscle function. Men love these moves - and I do too - however, many women may want to avoid them.
If you know that you are part of the small percentage of women who are able to develop muscle easily you will want to skip these moves or change your hand position. Yes, about 15-20 of women are able to develop muscle more easily. This does not mean that after a few Bench Presses you are going to look like a man. All this means is that you do see an increase in muscle growth after a 4-6 week training phase.
