Those kids are more genius and straightforward sometimes. Its ok to be cautious and taste it yourself but you must know others opinion of how your food taste like. What I can see is that those kids are raised by good parent and maybe even self taught person of how to cook! I can do that... However, It takes amount of time to become better chef and learn which ingredients fits together. And amount of times that it needed to be finish and etc.
