    Willkommen zur 15 Minuten Full Body Stretch Einheit! Zu einem ausgewognen Training, gehört auch ausreichend Erholung und Recovery! Daher steht an Tag 7 unserer Fitness-Journey eine wohltuende und ausgleichende Stretching-Routine auf dem Plan. Für mehr Flexibilität, Erholung & Entspannung.

    Ja, auch dieses Video kommt ohne Voice-Over ;) Bewusst! Denn entgegen einer geführten Stretching- oder Yoga-Einheit ist man hier wirklich mal ganz bei sich! Nur du, die Musik, dein Atem und ein kleiner Beep hier und da ;) Vielleicht öffnest du dich also heute mal ganz unvoreingenommen für genau diesen Weg. Auch wenn es nur ein einziges Mal ist.
    Es wird anders anders sein - davon bin ich überzeugt. Denn wenn es im Aussen still ist, wird es Innen oftmals ganz schön laut.

    Die Positionen zu genießen und zu erforschen…
    Gedanken, die währenddessen aufkommen, einfach zu beobachten…Gut sein zu lassen…Anzunehmen…

    Darüberhinaus ist diese Art des Praktizierens ein gute Möglichkeit für einen Übergang zu einer Yoga Self Practise - also das eigenständige Praktizieren.Die Asanas und die Zeit sind vorgegeben, aber die Instruktionen sind dieses Mal dir selbst überlassen.Falls du also schon ein Weilchen mit mir Yoga praktizierst, nutze die heutige „no-talking-session“ doch gerne für eine kleine Bestandsaufnahme in Sachen Ausrichtung und Mindset.
    Was machen die Schultern in der Vorbeuge, wo sind die Hände im Vierfüßler ausgerichtet und wie hieß nochmal der herabschauenden Hund auf Sanskrit… ;)

    Das ist nur eine kleiner Impuls meinerseits, denn in meinen Augen bieten uns unterschiedliche Situation nunmal unterschiedlichste Möglichkeiten. Wir müssen nur genau hinschauen und sie wahrnehmen… und annehmen!

When I first started this video I wasn't sure I was going to like this format (I'm used to videos with talking), but especially for this relaxing stretch routine... this was brilliant. You chose great music, I love the small breaks in between with the preview of what's coming next and I barely needed to look at the video because of this which made me do most of the routine with my eyes closed and I feel that I got more out of it. This morning routine "cured" my shoulder impingement. I suffered with that pain for maybe 18 months and it prevented me from weight training. After about a month of doing this full body stretch daily I noticed my shoulder was fine. I could even do push ups again, without pain. I am so grateful to this angel. If you any one with shoulder impingement, offer this routine to them.

@Dead Charisma I think it was the one where, on your knees, you reach down and across and lay on your shoulder, if that makes sense. 15 mins a day and it vanished, amazing. I have since suffered a pinched nerve on my lower back, I am now trying her 10 min yoga for lower back routine. So far, the Foundation stretches have worked wonders for my back. Look up Foundation stretches, if you need help with your back.

@victoria spinner Hang in there Victoria , this work out is truly productive, do it slowly , pause the video so you can concentrate on your stretch and think about the joints , work in front of a mirror .We should definitely eradicate the word elderly from the vocabulary, I speed walk 5 miles with hills 3 times a week for aerobic and Mady' s work out is a gift for suppleness .

This stretching routine has changed my like. I have some lower back pain from working in an ambulance for many years. Even after doing lots of exercises and staying in shape I couldn’t fix my back problems. Doing this stretch everyday greatly minimizes it and I sleep much better.

@Aylibabyy🍒 100% it will help you get in and out of a squat or lunge position, much easier to catch a ball for example. Just make sure you perform the stretches correctly and after you have warmed up.

Stretching should never hurt or cause strain (e.g. shaking muscles). If you are feeling pain during or after stretch, you are going well past your limits. Not only is this unnecessary, it will also temporarily make you feel stiffer for a few days. What you must understand is that the unusually flexible instructors who demonstrate these exercises feel no discomfort whatsoever. These positions are just about as difficult for them as raising a hand or leg slightly is for you. And they did not get there through some painfully torturous stretching sessions. Either they were always bendy (e.g. because of practicing since early childhood) or they gained the flexibility by taking it slowly over a long period of time. You can gain muscle relatively quickly, but it takes months/years for connective tissue to change.

Just want to let people know that if you're doing this routine for the first time without any prior experience in exercise your whole life then it's highly likely that you might not be able to perform some stretches almost exactly - like one legged forward fold or straddle forward fold. It'll take a while for your body to be able to stretch out like that so don't push yourself too hard. You will get there eventually and not everything is achieved in first try. You aren't doing it wrong just because you aren't able to do it. :)

Yes I loved the cues because you need to get ready for the next flow sequence when you're q beginner and when you're doing it you're not looking at your screen so you don't know when to go to the next sequence so the little beep sound that guided you it was time for the next move was perfect for me
