so i had to stop gymnastics a few months ago because of back problems and the doctors said i need to strengthen my abs if i want to get back to gymnastics so i am going to try and do this everyday for as long as i can! i am also going to start eating more healthily. i will record my process here xx day 1: i surprisingly did most of it without a break but i could definitely feel the burn! day2: struggled with motivation but did it and was a bit harder thank yesterday? cant see any difference yet :)

Day 1:very hard,arms and legs are shaking and feel like jelly,very sweaty had to take 2 15 second breaks😂🥵 Day 2:I haven’t even done it and my tummy muscles hurt from yesterday I just did it and I’m very sweaty,it past by quicker and it’s getting easier ,arm and legs shaky and feel like jelly😂❤️🥵 Day 3:I feel like it’s getting easier,planks are the hardest😂 Day 4:Very sweaty,legs are super shaky,feels like I’ll get there😂🥵 Day 5:quite hard,very sweaty and very tired,felt easier tho😂❤️

Ok guys, Idk if I'm going to regret this but I am going to do this workout or another ab workout every day for a week. 2 times a day if I'm not to busy! I haven't had that much motivation recently so hopefully this held me stay motivated! :-) I will keep you updated, any helpful comments or tips are appreciated!
