I can't thank Pamela enough for these free workouts. I've found my strength and confidence in doing her workouts, especially after seeing great results. Been doing her workouts since June of this year up until now. I actually just did her 20 min intense full body this morning and the 10 min lower ab workout. Honestly, I've never felt stronger.

I remember, when I first started her programs I couldn't finish a couple of exercises but now after soo long I can finally say with confidence that I can see and feel the results.
