    If you have a hard time keeping up with my super intense "10min Ab Workout" and "10min Sixpack Workout"... THIS ONE IS FOR YOU :)

    Everybody starts somewhere and my other workouts require suuuper strong core muscles. That's why I really wanted to create an ab workout, that is suitable for beginners - while still being super effective.

    And listen.. it even includes BREAKS! :D
    (If you feel like it's too easy with the breaks though: just continue the last exercise during the break & jump into the new movement one once I start with it as well)

    My mom tried this workout and said, that it's 100% manageable for her .. although she usually isn't so much into working out. That means: no excuses for you. GIVE IT A TRY ♥︎

    No Equipment necessary and not much space needed :) The video is in full length which means you can just follow whatever I’m doing 30s for each exercise. There is a small break included and you can have a look at what exercise is up next.

    I recommend switching up your workouts to give your muscles enough time to recover and to hit them from different angles.

I'm gonna give daily updates: Day 1: exhausting, but I can feel the burn. Perfect for beginner like me Day 2: still feeling the burn, my abs are aching! But not that exhausted unlike Day 1 (2 days rest, lol, family celebration) Day 3: not exhausted anymore but my neck still kinda hurts on ab hold and toe reach (same with Day1-2)

If you need motivation: One year ago I did this workout. It is the first workout I have ever done. My abs were burning like hell and it felt like hours but some how I did it. After that I started working out regulary. It took some time and lots of sweat and tears but one day I looked in the mirror and saw I had abs. When I'm doing it now it doesn't hurt anymore and time passes quickly. So push throught guys you can do it!

Gonna try to do this until I start seeing results, I have tried challenges in the past and not fully completed them so hopefully commenting on my progress will keep me motivated. Anyways, my goal is to get more toned in my abs and grow stronger. My plan is to do this video every day (except for maybe 1 rest day a week) and some time on the treadmill but I'll update if anything changes. @Alyson Percival I just recently started doing this so I havent seen any results yet I wouldn't know if it makes your waist bigger, but I'm pretty sure this will tone you right up all the other workouts I've done haven't made me this sore and my core is tight which tells me it's working

recording my progress: day 1 ✅: I kept on taking lots of breaks, my stomach was burning/hurting. day 2 ✅: I definitely sweat more today and somehow that 10 minutes went very quick. I can feel some of the burn. day 3 ✅: I took less breaks than day 1&2. My abs kept on burning in the last few exercises, and I felt good after this workout. day 4 ✅: Today, I felt sore. I took like a lot of breaks. Still don’t see any change in my stomach. day 5 ✅: I am so proud of myself, I managed not to take any extra breaks in between. I’d notice some changes. day 6 ✅: This workout is getting easier each day, but I still don’t see much results. Not going to give up until I get where I want to be. day 7 ✅: Finished this workout, can’t wait to see the final results. WEEK 2: *doing this until I see clear results* day 8 ✅: today I had no energy because my stomach hurts a lot. But I think I noticed some changes. day 9 ✅: doing this at like 9pm. Hey! I do this every other day so heres my progress so far, Day 1: My core hurt but it felt pretty good Day 2: Absolute hell. I was shaking it hurt so bad but im happy i did it. Edit: I completly fell off, but im trying again with strong motivation. Day 1: Hard but I got through it Day 2: It was easier but harder because I was sore. Day 3: Rest day (Rest days are important btw!!)

Tracking my progress: Day 1 (may 2nd): hard, abs are burning on every exercize. Had to take a brake at bycicle crunches. I completed the rest of the workout without extra brakes. Feeling good! Day 2 (may 3rd): I had no energy today, I noticed I was slacking. I was not performing the exercizes correctly. I stopped at 7:19. This will not affect my motivation, tomorrow is a new day! Day 3 (may 5th): As you can see I skipped a day. And I've felt better than ever today. My muscles were burning, but I was in no pain. So if the workout really hurts, take a 1 day break, then come back! Day 4 (may 6th): yes!! Did the workout 2 days in a row AND completed it without taking extra breaks. The 2nd 'ab hold' hurt quite a bit, but I fought through it. Feeling great! I'll take a break tomorrow. Day 5 (may 9th): I actually forgot to work out yesterday. Nevertheless, today went great again! I'm starting to get into a rythm. I'll be going on a trip with college from tomorrow till may 13th. The next workout will be in the evening of may 12th. Day 6 (may 15th): as you can see I didn't do the workout on friday. I just didn't feel like it. But I recovered! Today I did it again. It was hard but it felt good. Working out again tomorrow! Day 7 (may 16th): Today was tought but it was a good workout. When tightening my abs I can feel they're hard. Just gotta get rid of my belly fat. I'm pushing 'till it's gone!

Heyy I'm going to do this workout every day for two weeks and see how it goes . Measurements (before) : - waist : 84cm - hips : 112cm . 1st day (June 9th 2020) : I almost gave up but I pushed myself to do it.. it was kinda hard and (for the first time) I really felt my abs (well, my belly) burning.. I couldn't do the hip raises because I'm too fat 😐 2nd day (June 10th 2020) : took a lot of breaks because it burned so bad.. my abs are so sore from yesterdays' workout 3rd day (June 11th 2020) : it still burns but it was easier to do.. I don't know if it's just me, but my stomach is kinda more flat.. btw thanks for the likes 😁 4th day (June 12th 2020) : it's even easier than yesterday haha.. but it still burns.. my mom started to notice that my stomach is a little bit more flat and I'm so excited to see how I'll look after these 2 weeks 😁 5th day (June 13th 2020) : rest day 😉 6th day (June 14th 2020) : today, I didn't really have the motivation to do the workout but I did it anyway.. and thank you so much for supporting me guys, it means a lot to me ❤️ 7th day (June 15th 2020) : it's been a week and I lost 0.5 kg/1 lbs without doing any diet (i ate what I wanted but I didn't overeat).. I'm so happy with the results so far 😁 8th day (June 16th 2020) : sooo I'm doing this at almost 10pm 😅 but it's fine.. I feel I'm getting better at this.. I finally did the entire workout without extra rests and I did all the exercises correctly (well, I think I did so).. anyway, I want to thank you all for your support, I love you so much ❤️ and remember : "No pain, no gain" 😉 9th day (June 17th 2020) : done 😁 it was easy to do.. can you guys recommend me a workout that makes my tights and calves slimmer (not bulky), please?? and one for my arms too 😁 10th day (June 18th 2020) : I didn't have the time to do it because I was at the beach all-day 11th day (June 19th 2020) : done 😉 soo yesterday I was at the beach with one of my mum's friend and she said "Wow you lost so much weight! Your stomach is so flat" and I was so happy that someone noticed my hard work 😁 12th day (June 20th 2020) : done 😁 today I was so curious about the results and I measured myself.. all I can tell you is that it's a HUGE difference for me 😉 thank you so much for the likes, the comments and your support for me ❤️ 13th day (June 21st 2020) : done 😁 someone asked me in the comments if I'm eating healthy.. well, I try but I have cravings for ice cream, chocolate, etc.. my mom said that it's healthier to lose weight slowly than to follow a diet and lose weight very fast.. I can eat whatever I want but in small quantities and I'm happy that I'm losing weight slowly but sure 😉 14th day (June 22th 2020) : it's been two weeks since I started 😁 but I forgot to measure and weigh myself this morning so I'm going to put the measurements and the final results tomorrow.. sorry ❤️ oh and I almost forgot to tell you that today I'm going to start Pamela's Reif "12 MIN AB WORKOUT - Medium Level / No Equipment" (the link : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Goo0g_zmFBY ).. go and support me there 😁 . So here are the results after two weeks into this workout : Measurements (after) : - waist : 82cm - hips : 108cm Now my belly is more flat and I regained confidence in myself. When I went to the beach, some friends of mine told me that my belly is so flat and they asked me if they can have the workout I did 😁 It's a big difference for me. I'm so happy and I recommend this workout for everyone who wants to get rid of their belly. Thank you so much for being here for me on this little journey ❤️ I love you guys . I did this workout a couple times of week during quarantine even if it was hard at first and trust me, you will see results! You might not see the rock hard abs you were hoping for but you will see a difference so don't give up

Been doing this for 5 days in total so far and I must say I really like it! It’s a quick workout, one that doesn’t make me sweat which is a plus. I do it after work. My stomach hurt after Day 2&3 so I took one day break, but starting Day 4 the exercises became much easier for me to do, especially the mountain climber & the plank. I’ll try to do this for at least a month, wish me luck! ----(edit) In the end, I didn't work-out everyday, I realized that 4 days a weak worked better for me. I did hit 18 days with this workout though and while my stomach didn't get flat, I definitely felt and noticed the difference! Also since my stomach muscles are getting stronger, I no longer experience back pain 😁 I've switched to another ab workout, but if you're a beginner then I really recommend this one! It helps you get started. Although if you get good enough at this one and stop seeing any progress, consider switching to a more difficult one to keep challenging your body and get those sweet, sweet abs!!

@Manasa Prashu you can do it! I suffer from back pain due to having LCH a few years back and i asked my doctor she said just do it on a thicker mat so your spine is not on the hard floor, hope that helps xx

I'm going to keep track of the days I do this. Since I'm really bad at motivating myself, this might be good to do. Day 1 : Planks are my worst enemy. I needed to take 4 breaks, but honestly, it didn't feel like ten minutes. I don't feel the pain now because I'm sitting and writing, but I know when I wake up tomorrow, it'll be horrible. Pain is a good motivator though! Day 2 : Planks are still my worst enemy. Like yesterday, I needed 4 breaks. I'm sure I could have gone with one less break if I weren't so sore from yesterday. My legs were shaking more because I did intense stretching beforehand which probably wasn't the best idea. But all in all, I think I'm doing good! BREAK - I had to take a break for the past two days because I strained the muscles in my neck and thigh and needed to give those time to heal. So I went on walks and jogged with my dogs in order to let those muscles I had hurt heal. Today I'm going to be going at this again! Day 3 : Doing this all over again after two resting days made this so much more painful. As much as I hate giving myself break days, I didn't want to risk hurting myself further. But now I know ways to prevent that from happening again!

At the beginning of quarantine, I did this workout as a beginner, and let me tell you, IT WORKS. I saw results very quickly and now I am able to do Pamela's harder ab workouts now. But keep in mind everyone's bodies are different so you might get results quicker or slower than me. She has by far has the best ab workouts. Also remember to workout because you love your body and want to take care of it, not because you hate it :)

Day 1: very out of breath, abs on fire Day 2: about the same, a few breaks but did a pilates workout after Day 3: went a bit quicker but ultimately the same Day 4: same burn, muscles ache but got thru it w minimal breaks Day 5: a bit easier, no breaks other than the 10 seconds 6: easy 7: easy got me some nice results lol not gonna update anymore but I do this at least once a day and in about a month I'll move on to more difficult ones

Hey! I'm going to do this workout for 2weeks Every morning with an empty stomach I'm going to update you how it goes weight: 54.7 kg Height: 5'4 Measurements: Waist: 27in / 68cm Hips: 35.5in / 91.5cm No diets I eat what I like to eat but I avoid over eating. I also do intermittent fasting 8/16 I haven't done workouts for about 2 months now the last one I did was Chloe ting's two week shred. I also have no physical activities and such due to online classes and community quarantine. I'm doing this to encourage myself and also to motivate everyone who wants to try this workout Day 1 I enjoyed the workout It's a lot easier and breathable than chloe ting's (no hates, I also love chloe ting's). I completed day 1 without struggle Day 2 My abs are sore due to the workout yesterday but still I manage to finish this workout. I did struggle a little bit because it hurts. T.T, My neck did sore this time Day 3 Yey day 3, abs are still sore, my neck kinda sore too, but I manage to finish the workout. Day 4 My body is getting used to the routine. My abs doesn't hurt as much as yesterday, didn't even sweat today. I've practiced doing it slowly but with the right posture so my neck does not hurt and give my abs the squeeze it needs. I still don't see visible changes but I feel a lot stronger than not working out Day 5 Today I had my monthly period, so I felt lazy, but, I motivated myself that I should do it and put inside my thought that it'll all be worth it once it's done. I did my day 5 and surprisingly, today was the easiest. My body is used to the routine so my abs doesn't sore anymore. Still seeing no visible results but I'm feeling way better. Day 6 I woke up really late today. Did my workout immediately because I still have online class to attend good thing it's just 10 mins. The workout was a lot easier. and I can feel my waist getting smaller and my abs getting leaner. YEHEY. 8 more days. Day 7 Skipped : Day 8 Done with Day 8, as a punishment for myself I had my coffee black today without any sugar nor honey. I also did my routine twice :> you got to do what you got to do for that fitness goal you have to achieve. I can feel my obliques showing. Day 9 Done with Day 9! surprisingly I got really exhausted with today's workout, considering it is my 9th day already. But I also concluded that maybe I got tired easily because I haven't slept well 2 days ago. Starting my day with my workout helps me a lot to boost my energy. 5 more days I really am excited for the results, although I'm not expecting much of a difference in just 2 weeks. Day 10 Done! Did it much earlier than usual today. Also I'm planning to add some of pamela reif routines because I don't sweat that much, but I want to finish this workout first within 2 weeks to see its effectiveness alone. Maybe I'll add them once 2 weeks is done Day 11 Skipped this workout but I did cardio, I decided to do cardio first before this routine but then I got too exhausted and dizzy so I had to skip T.T having a high intensity cardio before breaking your fast is not a good idea. Learn from my mistakes! Atleast have something to eat to boost your energy but not a full meal :) drink your energy drink or have one granola bar. 🤗 Day 12 Tried doing cardio again, ended up finishing this ab workout halfway only. I was so tired my legs are shaking and I cannot continue the other half. My endurance is still not that great. I hope I can complete a cardio and ab workout by tomorrow. Day 13 Done with the workout my body sores, because of the cardio I did yesterday I only did ab workout today.the only visible changes I can see is that my obliques are defining. Day 14 Last Day!! Done with my workout routine, I only did my ab workout. I'm so excited for this results: weight: 55 kg Measurements: Waist: 25.5in / 64.77cm Hips: 35.5in / 91.5cm WAHHH I love the results, although I did gain weight, maybe it's because I gained muscle mass. But my waist went from 27in to 25.5in with no diets at all. I'm going to continue this workout and if you want a weekly results please let me know. Thank you for your support :)

i wanna track my progress so here we go: some background: i used to exercise, but stopped and now i haven't exercised in a while, but i wanna get back on it cause flat belly, abs, i'll be stronger and healthier, and also just happier. day 1: it was HARD. i honestly forgot how hard first workouts are after a while of not doing any. i tried doing another workout and i couldn't last for 3 exercises, so without hope i just searched flat belly workout beginner. honestly, i burned a lot, skipped one exercise, but after it i feel great. day 2: did it and i think it was easier than yesterday tbh! i also felt less burn and didn't skip any exercises so im proud for that:) I'll also do an arm workout. day 3: definitely a lot easier and more enjoyable! i also did a volleyball and leg workouts. **skipped 2 days cause i was kinda lazy and had exams, but i still did volleyball drills** day 4: was kinda hard again but that's because i wasn't consistent, it's fine tho cause i ain't losing this. i also did a booty + legs exercise today, plus we had some extreme pe stuff and also volleyball practice, so im really active day 5: i only did this exercise, but my body was sore from days before cause i was practicing hard volleyball drills and doing other hard stuff. anyway, i feel like this was definitely easier than it was 5 (7 if i count the break days) days ago. day 6: not bad! i'm also going to do some volleyball drills today. day 7: FINALLY did this, honestly im really proud of myself, also doing this workout is definitely easier now than the first day. i do feel stronger mentally and physically, but i'll continue this for another week befire switching to harder workouts, just so i can learn to do all of these exercises perfectly correct and would be ready for a "level up" progress: before stats: belly - 69 cm hips - 87 cm weight - 48kg after stats: belly - 68 cm hips - 87 cm weight - 48kg cm/kg lost/gained: belly - lost 1cm:) hips - nothing changed weight - nothing changed i'd say im pretty happy with my results, since i didn't really work on other areas. but from now on, I'll be doing another Pamela's workout for beginners that targets the hips/booty area. day 8: day 9: day 10: day 11: day 12: day 13: day 14: progress: belly: hips: weight:

I have to say, I’m really proud of myself today! I started my first workout around a year ago, when I was 13. I had to take a million breaks during the workout. In that year I’ve done a few more workouts and I’ve recently started doing more workouts than before. I always have to take breaks, but today was the first time I didn’t have to take any breaks or stop mid-workout. You can do this!
