原來後面曾出現多次的土窯出自於這裡……家人們為了土窯造型像貓還是像狗起了爭議，不過後來因為木製門擋上釘了個骨頭型的把手，就當作是像狗吧……

李子柒不是在窯上寫「鍋蓋窯」嗎！「鍋蓋」是她其中一隻狗的名字。

LOL.....How to build a mud oven 101.... Hm... what is she going to do next ? I know... dig out the black sand ! And bake the bread on the tiles. Actually, I am somewhat impressed, cos I remember she actually put some glass bottles in the middle section. Which is odd, I thought, but she has added a layer of insulated basically I guess. So it is more like slow heat oven. I think she could've put in some water in there, to make the skin less burnt or crispy. But then again I suppose the glass bottle layer is supposed to add as a delay of the harsh heat from the coals... Interesting.

The bottles contain air, which is a good thermal insulator. By placing the bottles, make the heat find a greater resistance to pass through the walls of the oven, keeping the heat inside.
