PSY was never a trainee and didn't go through anything that idols usually have to to keep a certain image and are marketed towards a certain audience. How tf does PSY corresponds to anything related to idols ? the man literally does WHATEVER he wants to do on stage. He makes his own songs, and he doesn't target the same audience that idols do at ALL, nor does he even look like an idol. He is a Korean singer songwriter, also owner of a kpop company. not an idol and he never was one.
