These bleachers were only available to people with tickets from the mayor’s office. I got lucky and was able to snag a pair 😃

ActionKid Is their a site that I can get the tickets from? Do I need to go inside the mayors office? I’m going with someone who has been wanting to see it live for a very long time and for sure this seams like a very nice location that isn’t too crowded.

I much rather watch these much more grounded videos of the parade than the NBC broadcast, the broadcast is so commercialized, celebrities lip syncing and every float and balloon has to have a whole ad along with it. These much more grounded videos show that to the spectators, it's just a really cool and fun parade, that's all!

I love this parade, but I live in Mardi Gras country in Mobile, Alabama and there should NEVER be a break in music. Macy's should have enough marching bands and musical cars and floats so that NONE of the floats have to roll by without music. Sorry. Being raised at Mardi Gras and seeing thousanda of parades have made me think like that.
