I am excited for this movie but I am waiting to see

If Apollo 13 was fiction, it wouldn't be believable. But it happened. If the actors weren't convincing, the film wouldn't work. But they were and it did. If the directing, editing and other behind-the-scenes contributions weren't up to scratch, the film would be average at best. But they were and it was of the highest quality. We are left with a timeless classic where everything just came together to give us one of the greatest rollercoaster rides but that ends with the best feel-good factor ever.

This is another section of the movie I didn't care for. The visuals from the era were spectacular but the theater scene and street scene were overdone. Especially the "ice" scene. Once we got to the Empire State Building it definitely saved the best for last.
