I have decided to do this challenge. My waist has gotten 2” wider during the summer break due to overeating at evenings as a result of restricting during the day. I’m a dancer and the season + school is about to begin and I just want to feel good in body (My bad body image had me spending summer in fleece jackets and I’m so sick of it)... This is day two of doing this workout and I ended up snacking way too much in the beginning of the day and I just feel terrible. I will try to do this everyday and at the same time be eating in a calorie deficit and drinking at least 2 litres/70oz of water everyday (I’m not very good at staying hydrated so I want to start off with a sustainable goal. I’m currently 5’8 and I want to lose 20 lbs. I’m too afraid to weigh myself at this moment, so I will probably wait until I notice a difference in my body. I’m not overweight but I just don’t feel comfortable in my body. I could really use some motivation! Day one: ✅ I’m very out of form but I managed to do the entire workout without any breaks. Day two: ✅ Did the workout. A little dissapointed as I’m not sore from last day’s session.
